Relational Land Stewardship
Land is more than dirt.
It’s a living ecosystem with its own rhythms, history, and character. Through guided ecological stewardship, we help individuals, families, and organizations learn to care for their land in ways that support both habitat health and meaningful connection.
At Cambium, we combine practical habitat guidance with immersive, place-based experiences that invite you to slow down, observe deeply, and cultivate a more reciprocal relationship with the natural world.
Whether you’re restoring native habitat, transitioning lawn to meadow, or simply seeking a deeper connection with the land you live on, we provide grounded, thoughtful support every step of the way.
Giving voice to your land
01 Phone Consultation
30-minutes at a time that works best for you. This complimentary & low-pressure phone call is time for us to connect and see if our services are a good fit for your goals.
02 Site Visit
During an initial walkthrough we’ll sense your land’s pulse + natural rhythm — this paints the picture we’ll create from. We'll take the time together to explore how you want to experience the land, what the land needs, and possible areas for improvement. If you have any habitat goals, we’ll cover them here and explore how we can bring your dreams to life while honoring the land.
Site visits can last 1-3 hours, as we really take the time to be present and trust what arises.
03 Stewardship Plan
After meeting, we’ll create a detailed plan for the stewardship of your land. This document will include everything from habitat plans and recommendations to practices for deepening connection with the land.
04 Living in Relationship
You’re part of the ecosystem, too. Through grounding practices and intentional presence, it becomes easier to feel this sense of belonging and know when one part of the ecosystem needs more support. We’ll meet again 6-months after our initial site visit to check in and provide any additional support needed at that time.
