Slowing Down to the Speed of Life

  • Garfield Park Program Center Garfield Pkwy Garfield Heights, OH 44125 United States (map)

Slow down and powerfully create from the present moment.

In a world that moves fast, taking a pause is a radical act of self-care.

Slowing Down to the Speed of Life is a deeply restorative experience that blends the practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) with fire-igniting coaching deeply rooted in presence. Tucked away in nature, participants will be guided to reconnect with their senses, their inner guidance, and the world around them.

Through a meditative walk in nature and reflective, creative coaching conversations, you’ll experience what it means to create from the present moment. Less rush, more flow. Less habit, more intention.

This is more than a retreat from the noise. It’s an invitation to shift your inner pace, realign with what matters, and access the wisdom and creativity that only presence can reveal.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper connection to yourself and the natural world

  • Practices for cultivating presence

  • Fresh clarity on what you’re ready to create next — from a grounded, embodied place

Come prepared to unplug, tune in, and step into a new way of BEing.
