The new moon naturally invites reflection and creative energy for fresh beginnings, making it a meaningful time to pause, consider what matters most, and set intentions for the weeks ahead.
Weaving meditation, movement, and time with community this gathering honors nature’s rhythm and provides space for reflection and intentionality.
Our evening together will begin with somatic awareness & yoga flow, moving into tea meditation, and a mindful shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) meander. We'll conclude with optional time for reflection and conversation in community.
